• Records, files, and keeps permanent records of all proceedings of the District Court
• Works with Civil, Criminal, Probate, Juvenile, Domestic Relations, Small Claims Divisions of Court
• Maintains appearance docket for each case filed
• Processes traffic citations for the Oklahoma Highway Patrol and Pittsburg County Sheriff
• Issues marriage licenses, private process server licenses, pool hall licenses, transient merchant licenses and closing-out sales licenses
• Registers bail bondsman licenses
• Processes passport applications
• Files victim protective orders
• Issues jury summons' and maintains records of jury service
• Maintains word-for-word transcripts of court proceedings filed by Court Reporter
• Collects fees for licenses and payments for fines and court costs and distributes funds to state agencies
• Held accountable to the Oklahoma Court Administrator's Office, the Oklahoma Supreme Court and the Oklahoma State Auditor's Office.
